Household Estate Agents Ltd were formed in 1991 by Simon Woodhouse and Peter Norman, both former employees of a large estate agency corporate.
With 16 years experience between them at this time, they knew their market very well and could see the need for a much higher level of service in the industry.
Pioneering certain customer care practises that are only now becoming common place, Household soon established an excellent local reputation in Luton and in 1994 expanded into the small neighbouring town of Dunstable where within 18 months became the main agent.
The Toddington office, with it’s prestigious Distinctive Homes department, was opened in 1997 enabling Household to offer a complete register of property, varying from the smallest Town Centre appartments to the larger country and village residence.
