Simon Clarke were formed in 1989, opening their first branch in Whetstone. In 1995 an associate branch was opened under the proprietorship of Freddy Cassem ANAEA in Crouch End. In 1998 an opportunity arose to purchase a former Estate Agency at 208 Archway Road (see photo above) opposite the established furniture store, Richardson of Highgate.
Over the past 5 years, the business has consolidated its position in the local marketplace, specialising in the fields of residential sales and lettings/property management.
