Originally run as a partnership by Andrew Goodwin and Simon Ellis, the current director Daniel Grimley took over the company in February 2004 after working for the previous owners’ for 10 Years.

Once we have visited your property we will give you a market appraisal based on recent sales and our knowledge of the local market.
We will provide comparables of properties recently sold and a full marketing plan will be discussed and agreed. We will agree a fee for selling but will not charge unless the sale completes (No Sale-No Fee). We suggest at this time you discuss Mortgage availability and costs. We can arrange an interview, free of charge with our Mortgage advisor either at home or in our office to discuss your options and sellers cost cover.
The average time for a sale to proceed once a buyer has been found is approximately 12 weeks (to completion). We will be happy to recommend a solicitor and get quotes for you for buying and selling.
