SW ESTATES was established in 2006. Together all our staff have over 20 years of experience in the sales and lettings of properties.

Through the rise in the residential sales and lettings market, we have always tried to see change and implement before our completion so we are up to date in all mediums of this great industry.

Our sales and lettings process is constantly evolving and we always try to keep up with the many demands and changes that this involves.

SALES

We always try to keep the vendor and the purchaser up to date with the processes that are going on around them so they can never say they were left in the dark. We always try to get the vendor the best possible and marketable price for their property. We try to be completely transparent or as is possible. In the whole process we try to value the property at the price we feel will bring value to the vendor not ourselves, a price we know it will sell for not a price to bring in other vendors. We hope that after using our service you are so satisfied that you not only use us again but will recommend ourselves to your friends and relations, because our service is SECOND TO NONE.

LETTING

Through our lettings department we now have over 100 properties under management, due to this we have our own in-house maintenance department. But we still have to out-source some work if it is not possible by us, this leads to us not having any gremlins in our statement to yourselves ie £200 to change a tube light! All work undertaken by ourselves on your property is only at the prior approval of yourselves the landlord. We also have a dedicated lettings only department that assists landlords finding tenants, then we assist in references and contractual matters. In 2006 we introduced our unique rent guarantee scheme. It's quite simple. You show us your property, we assess the rent we can get then we make you an offer. If the offer is accepted we then sign either a 2, 3 or 5 year contract. We then pay into your account on a given day every month the fixed amount without any deductions or charges(please note that major items ie roof , boiler etc. are not included).

PERSONAL SERVICE

Be you a vendor or a purchaser, a landlord or a tenant, we try to be as personal as possible. You are appointed your own member of staff who will deal with you and your requirements to the best of their abilities, this way you are not talking to a different person everyday. You know your interests are being looked after by one person and they know your case inside out.

REPORTING

We also promise to report to yourselves not only when someone is interested in your property, but when we feel that this person may lead to an offer. We will try to contact you every 2 to 3 days to inform of the progress we have made in marketing your property. Again let me emphasis that we try to be as transparent as possible.
