Surrey & Hants are located in Queen Street in Godalming and is a member of the ombudsman, The Guild of Lettings and Management.
Surrey & Hants are an independent letting agent and as such provide a professional and personal service to both landlords and tenants that so many corporate companies are unable to do. Unlike a lot of larger letting agents we do not centralise our administration team in some far off remote town where the staff do not know our landlords and tenants. We have a small and friendly team based in our office in Godalming.
