The company was established in 1983 and has offered since then quality brokerage services, in both the residential and commercial sectors. Property management and valuation is another important part of our company's activities.
During the last 6 years Savvaidis & Associates has expanded its activities to the emerging market of holiday homes. With more than 500 properties for sale online we cover more than 95% of the house supply on the island! Today the company is considered one of the top estate agencies in Greece.
Savvaidis & Associates operates a large local network of offices, strategically located in prime spots on the island. Our central office, located in Rhodes Central Square (Gr. Lambraki 14 & Amerikis), has an area of 250 m2. Our branch in the Old Town is located on prestigious Socrates Street. Two more offices are based in the Lindos area, one in central Lindos Town and the other in St Nicolas, Lindos. We also have two shops on the main road in Kalathos and one on the main road in Gennadi. Our brand new branch in Pefkos is now open and we will shortly be opening at an airport location.
