Our properties tend to be renovated traditional properties in excellent city locations. We source, renovate, furnish, let and manage ongoing. All our properties are upgraded and furnished to the same model, the only difference being size and layout internally. The appliances we install are energy efficient to help save on tenant bills and to help reduce global warming. Moreover, we went 'green' as a business in December 2006 and offset all carbon emissions from the properties we manage by planting trees, at our cost, on behalf of all our landlords and tenants. All Grant Management homes are 100% carbon neutral!
We have high quality homes in fantastic locations in the following cities: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Dundee, Newcastle, Manchester, Salford, Liverpool, Birmingham, Coventry, Nottingham and Bristol. In addition, we are currently researching a number of other UK cities with a view to opening more offices over the next 12 months.
