We are an independent firm of general practice Estate Agents, established in Ledbury in 1984, the office was managed by Louis Kimberley FNAEA since January 1990. Now that Louis has acquired the business he has instigated many improvements and is now trading under his own name but, the wealth of knowledge and information gained since the office opened in 1984 is at his fingertips. Thus, he and his staff can offer you their extensive knowledge and experience of the local property market and rest assured the business will be run with the same professionalism as previously, therefore it is a case of different name, better service, same professionalism. Louis studied to be an Estate Agent and has been consistently selling houses for over 25 years (since 1979) and knows from experience that effective presentation of property is the key to success.
Finally, we are regulated by the National Association of Estate Agents and are to continue our membership of the Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents to help ensure your confidence in us as your Estate Agent.
