Professional Property Consultants is an Independent family run Property Finding Company established in 2006, and being wholly owned by its two Directors Nick and Danielle Segal, who with their Senior Staff have over 40 Years experience in Estate Agency, and as Property Finders. The Company was established to address the iniquity of the UK Property market whereby Vendors are generally represented by an Estate Agent whilst Purchasers are largely left to fend for themselves. At Professional Property Consultants we act for the Purchaser to ensure that they get correct advice and that their property purchase is a successful one.
Our aim is to locate Suitable Property for Investors, Novice and Experienced, throughout the UK and in some Overseas Countries. We provide access to numerous opportunities, to Buy to Let, Refurbishments, Land Acquisition, Development Land, Commercial, Off Plan/Discounted Properties, throughout the Country, and Overseas, many of which may not be available to the private investor working on their own.
The primary focus is therefore to share our accumulated knowledge with Investors who choose our Company, to ensure that every investment made through us is a successful one.
