Cumberland Properties was established in 2002 by Eric Kaya.
We have offices in Bodrum (see pictures), Istanbul, Kalkan and head offices in London. We also have exclusive agreements with agencies all along the Aegean Coast as well as Munich, Gothenburg and the UK and we continue to expand.
Our friendly team at Cumberland Properties is made up of committed English, German, Russian and Turkish speaking staff, providing a professional service and an excellent knowledge of Turkey. Our team are here to assist our clients in every way. We recognise that our clients may also wish to have written information regarding properties for them to digest at their leisure, during what may be a busy time looking at properties.
