Só No Campo, Ldª “ was born” in Santarém in 1996. It was named after the “exclusive market of action” – the promotion of properties in rural zones. Since the beginning we became specialists in the area of plots of land for building country houses. Later we included rustic houses and small farms to our business.
Santarém, Rio Maior and Cartaxo areas were choosen for the quality of life still existing, the short prices that where practiced at that time (somewhat inflaccionated by the years and the development of the region) and the proximity to Lisbon from where most of our first clients came looking for quietness and a 2nd house. Some of them stayed ever! Also the very good accessibilities that this area has – motor-ways A1 (north), A15 (west) and A13 (south) made it a very central zone of our country.
Later we started the reconstructions or the buildings of rustic houses, fighting against the desertification of the villages and the degradation of the houses in the rural places, joining the charm of the old days with all the conforts of the modern times.
In more isolated areas where we bought several plots of land, we have been making improvements like water and electricity supplies.
We also have always good business opportunities exclusively for investors in the real estate market.
Our clients have all our support during all the process of sale and after it, we have a laywer to take care of all legal matters, and we also have agreements with several banks. Our clients can also count on us for professional advices on building, gardening, water holes, decoration and so on; we provide a service of cleaning, petcare and small domestic fixing aswell.
