Colour Capital is a property investment company providing off plan investment property opportunities. Unlike most property and off plan property investment companies we are investors just like you. We have our own property portfolio and we invest in as many of our own off plan property developments as we can. We have many property development contacts and we negotiate genuine discounts for off plan property and we pass these discounts onto you - our off plan property investment clientsWhat makes us different?
We recognise that there are a number of property investment companies that are out there who take a “hard sell” approach and claim their clients can become “property millionaires” over night. We believe it's the people and the approach that make the difference and we believe the developments we choose speak for themselves in terms of investment value. So when all other criteria are met, we know that people tend to choose to work with people that they like, and people that they feel they have a good trusting relationship with.
