At Goran Gates we do not compromise on quality for convenience. We use state of the art technology to store, access and present your property details. Our unique software lets us to upload up to 39 photographs of your property as well as floor plans, location map and nearby stations.
With us you will get a free evaluation and market appraisal of your property, sales details arranged, window displays, sales board, internet and local advertising coverage, and, accompanied viewings (if required). Vendors can instruct us on a ‘sole agency’ or ‘multiple agency’ basis and we offer a 'no sale - no fee' guarantee.
We also offer a complete home moving service under one roof including a range of financial products covering mortgage, life assurance and conveyancing.
Our office is open seven days a week between 8.30 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Saturday, and 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. Sunday.
