Nelsons Sales do not arrange or give advice on mortgages but we know some very nice people that do. Cavendish Mortgage Brokers ltd. offer independent advice and can identify the best mortgage for your circumstances whether a first time buyer or even a professional landlord. They are based in the heart of London’s West End so are easy to get to if you ever want to pop in and see them.

Our sales team is located on Clapham High Street and offer a wealth of experience in property sales. If you are looking to buy or sell we are here to help and advise you.
We advertise both locally in various property magazines and nationwide through a network of affiliated property websites. If you are looking to sell a property in the area you can call our office to arrange a free valuation or alternatively why not just pop in where our sales team will be happy to deal with your enquiry.
Buying can also be a very stressful and difficult experience. If you are new to the property market we would love the chance to be able guide through the buying process. At least come in and register your details so that we can try and help tailor your requirements.
