Britannia Developers has been in the real estate business since 2001, as an Estate Agents trading under the name of Megalion Enterprises Ltd in Cyprus.
We have been and still developing in the UK, in the Norfolk area, as sole traders.
We established ourselves in Cyprus, and we now moved from the Real Estate business to Developing. He have two project at this present time of which one consist of 18, 3 bedroom quality houses (some with and some without swimming pool) in the Famagusta area, at a village called AVGOROU. The second project again in AVGOROU, consist of 18, 3 bedroom houses, and 12, 3 bedroom masionettes.
Our company is acutely aware of the need to keep pace with the development of technology and the building process, in order to provide our clients with the highest quality materials and energy efficient designs, ensuring that the finished property matches the exacting standards required by the purchaser. We use the finest building materials in all aspects of the construction, and we look at each project on an individual basis, in order to accommodate for our clients wishes, relating to issues such as utilizing internal space fully, maximizing the external space available, and designing and creating an environment dictated by the clients’ wishes.
Britannia Developers no longer trade in the Real Estate business as we now developing our own houses and we need to focus 100% on our projects, making sure we give 100% service to our clients.
Britannia Developers office is located in the Famagusta area, in a Village called Sotira which is only 10 minutes from our building sites, and the staff and management are always available to assist you.
