Company Profile

Property in Bahrain carefully select property investment opportunities from respected small developers that indicate excellent capital growth and are being built in areas where the rental market is strong.

Through research we saw that Bahrain had good investment potential, is approximately half the price of the neighbouring UAE, with a very strong economy, Bahrain can in our opinion only catch up with the UAE as far as property prices are concerned. Bahrain has an internationally respected legal system, stable currency, attractive tax policies and will provide strong investment yield and growth.

We have a select few developments in and around Manama which offer excellent short to medium term gains, hence, you may notice that we do not list many of the open market properties that often have an "agents margin" attached to the selling price.

We pride ourselves in being able to guide our clients through the complete life cycle of purchasing a property in bahrain; And we are well aware that there are other companies that are based abroad that tend to lose sight of their clients once money has changed hands.

We are Differerent: We are a British based organisation who have staff on hand to help you every step of the way. One of our Directors is a British Ex-Pat who resides in Bahrain and therefore from start to finish we have somebody to help you and advise you.

Bahrain is one of the most exciting emerging economies in the world and will be remembered historically for the development and transition achieved in the early years of the 21st century.

Benefiting from a new constitutional monarchy since 2001, Bahrain boasts a brand new Formula One circuit, completed just three years ago and home to the only Grand Prix in the Middle East. And from 2008 the new 18 hole championship golf course at Riffa Views will be part of the PGA World Tour.

There is significant scope in the real estate market with property required and being developed to cater for growth in the financial, commercial and leisure sectors.

Experts are speculating that Bahrain is the new Dubai as it is showing the same growth and the opportunity for investment the Dubai did historically.
