Vista Baía is set in the residential area of Torraltinha, a quiet, convenient location just a short distance to the heart of the historic town centre of Lagos, in the picturesque Western Algarve.
Following the opening of the new motorway, which now provides an efficient link to the rest of the Algarve and Lisbon, Vista Baía is just under one hour’s journey by car from Faro International Airport.

Payment Terms
The Right Move Abroad have a refundable reservation fee policy which enables you to hold an apartment for up to 30 days without actually committing to the purchase. This enables you to view the development and do further due diligence prior to signing your contract and paying your first instalment. The reservation fee is only refundable if the client views the property for sale in Portugal/ development within the 30 day period. Only 10% of your reservation fee is retained by The Right Move Abroad as an administration charge. We will accept verbal reservations which are valid for 72 hours. The refundable reservation fee is €3,000 and should accompany a signed reservation form which is available upon request. This reservation fee is deducted from your first instalment. After 30 days of receipt of your reservation form and cheque, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable.
30% deposit - Promissory Contract to secure apartment
20% stage payment - With structure and walls – Estimated December 2008
50% balance – payment Final deed conveyance - Estimated April 2010
We have a finance package with Barclays whereby purchaser pays 20%, Barclays then pays the rest of the deposit (10%), the stage payment and balance payment at completion.
