The buildings are constructed from coral stone excavated from an onsite quarry which is now a lush secret garden.
The Mill has been lovingly restored to create a space to relax, entertain and be inspired by the stunning panoramic views. A mahogany staircase spirals up from the ground floor lounge and bar to the observatory 30-feet above. From here, the unrivalled 360 degree views of the island and west coast are breathtaking.
