Apartments are more in demand than ever – and today’s developers have outdone themselves in style and spec. Johnny Turner investigates.

A high-quality apartment is a sought-after commodity to today’s buyer, whether they are a first-time buyer or looking to trade up or downsize. Developers are providing an excellent selection of apartments in a variety of locations throughout London and the South East.

Starting in Guildford, there is only one apartment remaining in the second phase of Premier Properties’ Number One Albury Road, which has set new standards for luxury apartments in the town. Communal features include landscaped grounds with cleverly designed external lighting, tastefully decorated common areas. Once inside the American oak entrance door of the apartments, you’ll find underfloor heating, downlighters throughout, and kitchens with bespoke Pepper handle-free units and fully integrated appliances. There is wiring for both an LCD TV to the bathroom and a plasma screen to the lounge; the screens and a central stereo system are available as optional extras.

The remaining apartment is priced at £310,000. Book an appointment to view by contacting sole agents Clarke Gammon Wellers on 01483 880900.
