An exclusive development of contemporary waterside homes has just been successfully launched on the old Simoco site in Chesterton in Cambridge. Prices for the one-bedroom apartments at Vie start at £225,000 and two-bedrooms at £299,950, while four-bedroom town houses start at £490,000.
