Our house is very well communicated with Barcelona city, 24 kilometres (15 miles) away. Barcelona is an important center of business in Spain and also famous for its modernist architecture, broad cultural offer, excellent gastronomy and a vanguard atmosphere. It will take you about 20 min by car from our house to the center. There are regular train connections, taking you to one of Barcelona's subway central nodes in about 30 min.
The ground has a total area of 4200 m².
The house has two levels covering a total of 400 m² and offering the possibility to use them as two independent homes. Both levels are equipped with bathrooms, kitchens and independent entrances. The upper level has a very nice balcony of approx. 64 m² and the lower level a terrace of aprox. 50 m². Additionally, there is an annex of 50 m² suitable for independent apartment that can be employed for permanent personnel or guests.
There is one indoor garage and an outdoor parking place.
One of the main features of the garten is the great swimming pool, which is 9 x 13 m big and lies besides the varanda. The varanda is equipped with a barbecue, a front bar bottle fridge, a long wood table for about 10 persons and a nice bar.
The upper level has a big leaving room, a kitchen, two sleeping rooms with baths, a cupboard room and a cute study.
The lower level has three sleeping rooms with separate bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living room.
