This wonderful 120-year old and fully modernized luxury Andalucian Villa, is situated just outside Antequera in the heartland of Southern Spain.
With a fully air-conditioned, 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom country villa, over 4.000 metres of landscaped, illuminated and fully irrigated gardens, a kidney shaped, endless, swimming pool and the great tourist attractions of Cordoba, Granada, Sevilla and the Costa Del Sol all less than 1 hour away.
Cortijo Las Vinas can sleep up to 10 people (or 14 with the Annexe). Entering the house through the double front doors brings you directly into the large L-shaped Dining Room with a huge old Spanish Oak dining table and artesan Olivewood chairs.
To the left of the Dining Room is the fully modernised Kitchen, with Ceramic Hob with Extractor Hood, 3 Ovens, Microwave, 2 Fridges and of course a Dishwasher. This way also leads to the ground floor Bathroom with full bath, twin basins, toilet, bidet, washing machine and tumble dryer and out to the Patio, Pool, Annexe and Garden. There is also direct access to the kitchen through the Garage.
To the right, we pass into the massive Family Living Room, with Digital Plus Satellite Television, DVD Player, CD/Tape Stereo and Sony Playstation. From the Living Room we pass up the Marble Staircase to the First Floor.
Upstairs we find 4 Bedrooms: A very large Double Bedroom (with optional cot available for the very young) with en suite round Massage Bath and private Balcony, 2 more double Bedrooms, another Bedroom with 2 single beds and a brand new Power Shower Room with toilet.
