After the huge success of Borovets Heights 1, we are pleased to be able to offer Borovets Heights 2 on a pre-reservation basis.
Borovets Heights 2 is just 3km from the long established ski resort of Borovets close to Borovets Heights 1 and boasts a breath taking view year round. This stylish complex will consist of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, leisure facilities with an indoor heated swimming pool, restaurant, bar and is within walking distance of other village amenities. The concept will be based on Borovets Heights 1 and images are based on that. Full plans will be issued prior to any pre-reservation having to be confirmed. Deposits are fully refundable up to confirmation by the buyer.
Borovets is the nearest ski resort to Sofia which is only 70km away. The area has fantastic scenery, lots of local attractions and of course great skiing, as well as downhill there is cross country, ski jumps, ski doos and ice skating.
A refundable deposit of €5,000 required to reserve a unit type. Once permissions are confirmed and the project formally launched, at this point you will be able confirm your reservation assuming you wish to proceed. The payment Terms will be the same as Borovets Heights 1 (30% on signing the Preliminary Contract (less the €5000), 20% with the foundations, 20% when bricked and plastered, 20% when glazed in and 10% on completion.).
