The Domaine Dar Chmicha is a 5 hectare (12 acre) secure, walled development with gate keeper of up to ten luxury villas. Entry is over a private bridge through an imposing entrance with twin towers.
There are three types of villa; Berber plot size 4000m2 (1 acre), Sekkaia plot size 5000m2 (1.25 acres), and Kobba 3,500m2 (.75 acre). Each villa is set in its own walled landscaped garden with Olive, Palm and Citrus trees, shrubs roses; with heated swimming pool and covered Pergola. All villas have fitted kitchens, bathrooms, air conditioning and central heating. The villas will have electric double wooden doors into their driveways and a covered parking area for at least two cars. All villas (except no.9) have a two bedroom guest house built in the grounds. There will be two communal tennis courts.
There will be a mandatory maintenance contract, which will cover property insurance, gardens, pool and all service utilities. There will be an optional contract to cover the employment of domestic staff and the letting of the villas if required.
The developers are UK based and have been involved in residential and commercial development for over 25 years. The Project Managers are French, based in Paris and Marrakech, and have been operating in Morocco for several years.
Show villas of each of the above villas will be available for inspection from September.
