A traditional restaurant will offer a variety of organic local style cuisines and there is an outside area leading to a garden which will be well used in the summer months.

All the needs of holidaymakers and skiers are catered for with on site ski storage, shops, medical centre and even bureau de change facilities. A variety of of services will be offered on site including arrangement of ski hire and lift passes, travel, transport and an onsite chreche facility.

The developer`s Rental Management Team is negotiating inclusion in UK and European Tour Operator`s brochures allowing the developer to offer you an optional 6% rental guarantee over 2 years, with renewable agreements. In return for the 6% payment to you, your apartment is leased to the developer for 32 weeks per annum to cover the maximum opportunity to let. Full property management is included in the deal.
