Water System:
As part of the dedication for the protection of the environment these exclusive condos have installed a state of the art black water purification treatment system. Water is obtained through the local municipality. The condominiums water system consists of two reservoirs with a capacity of 32,000 gallons of water. Water is delivered to the condominiums and common areas by an electric pump system, which includes a backup generator.
