Property in a nice and quiet village near Biala city. Situated in a picturesque area where Yantra river curves beautifully around the hills and pours into Danube River, just before the houses of the village. Surrounded by several small hills - provides beautiful sceneries, many places to walk, arrange a picnic, go for some horse riding hunting, or just sit down quietly near the river to do some fishing. There are lots of historical places to visit as in the area was discovered an ancient fortress.
The village is accessible all year long - being on the main road connecting Svishtov and Ruse. It is only 10 miles away from the Danube River, 140 miles away from Varna airport and sea coast, 80 miles away from the mountain.
The house is in the beginning of the village, bordering three asphalt roads; it is a two storey house with farm building attached to it and 2000 sq. m. of regulated plot of land. The first floor consists of two bedrooms - normal height (approx. 2,5 m.) and an entrance hall. Attached to the house are the kitchen with dinning area, bathroom and a premise suitable for toilet. The second floor offers another two bedrooms, with a corridor between them and a balcony. The corridor is big enough and a bathroom with toilet could be built in the end of it, so the property would have with bathroom and a toilet on each floor. The building itself is structurally in good condition. The only thing the house needs is adding an inside toilet (there is a premise next to the bathroom suitable for WC). There is an option for adding bathroom and a toilet on the second floor as well, so the house would have one on each floor. The existing bathroom needs tiling. The yard is pretty big and offers enough space for a pool or anything else. The village is covered by all Bulgarians mobile networks.

The District
Ruse Region includes a part of the hilly Danube Plain, the Danube riverside plain of Pobrezhie and part of Ludogorie lowlands. It is bounded by the regions of Silistra, Razgrad, Targovishte and Veliko Tarnovo, and borders Romania to the north with the Danube River as a boundary. Some of the big rivers are the Yantra and the Rusenski Lom.
The region is important for the national transport system. The Danube River is linked through the European waterway system with the Mein and the Rhine rivers and connects the North Sea with the Black Sea. The first railroad line in Bulgaria – Ruse–Varna, built in 1866, crosses the region. Important roads and railways connect the region with the rest of the country and the only bridge over the Danube on Bulgarian territory connects the country with Romania. The middle point of the bridge marks the boundary between the two countries.
Protected areas on the territory of the region include the Rusenski Lom Nature Park, which comprises the picturesque canyon of the river valley, rock formations near the villages of Pisanets and Mechka, and the Orlova Chuka Cave.
Vestiges of prehistoric life in the region have been found in the Orlova Chuka Cave and in the mound of Ruse. Thracians, living in the area around the 4th c. BC, have left about 250 mounds. The Thracian silver treasure, discovered near the village of Borovo, known as the Ruse Treasure, is notable for the fine skilful decoration of animals’ figures and mythological scenes. The castles built during the Roman times to defend the Danube frontier include Sexaginta Prista (near Ruse), Jatrus (near the village of Krivina), Tigra (near the village of Marten), etc. The rock churches of Ivanovo are notable cultural landmarks of the region and they are included in the UNESCO List of World Cultural Heritage. The medieval fortress of Cherven can be also visited. In the 19th century Ruse is the gate for the European cultural influence on Bulgarian lands. The preserved patterns of urban architecture are among the most attractive and stylish throughout the country.
