The property spreads over a regulated plot of land - 700 sq. m. It is situated nearly at the end of the village and offers privacy easy access and nice view, quietness and unbelievably fresh air. The property consists of main house built entirely by bricks, plastered inside and outside, nice yard divided into two parts by a nice small internal for the yard decorative wall and some additional farm buildings that could be converted into a garage or additional living space!
The house has three rooms on the top floor, a passage and a storage that could be converted easily into a nice bathroom for the bedrooms. On the ground floor there are a nice kitchen, reception, storage and a bathroom that would need tiling. The property is connected to electricity and water mains and a telephone line could be connected on request. Satellite TV is also available. The drainage is on a septic tank. The house has been maintained well and needs only some refreshments – new decoration (inside would make the house look charming) and new tiles in the bathroom. It is in liveable condition. A swimming pool could easily be constructed.
The road to the property is asphalt and accessible all year long. It is only two hours drive to get to Sofia, two and a half to drive to Varna and the sea coast and half an hour to get to Veliko Tarnovo - old capital of Bulgaria and great tourist attraction for foreign and Bulgarian tourists. The nearest food shop is in walking distance from the property and the nearest big shopping centre is in Svistov city - about 10 minutes drive. That is really a great investment opportunity and the property offers too much value for its price!

Another notable place is the village of Arbanasi, set between Veliko Tarnovo and Gorna Oryahovitsa.
