Our coastal project Playa Golf is situated just a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Campoamor, Cabo Roig and La Zenia. To reach the beaches with their water sports and beach bars you cross the coast road N332 along where you will find all the shops, bars, banks and restaurants that you will need to make your holiday a success. Also at the entrance to Campoamor is the medical centre which has many English speaking staff.
If you do not wish to head for the beach, 5 minutes drive inland the urbanisation brings you to the three 18 hole golf courses of Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin. Close to the Playa Golf project, 2 new commercial centres have been established with shops, bars, banks and restaurants which means in the evening you can forget your car and take a stroll to the bar / restaurant of your choice.
If you wish to sample more of the Spanish way of life, the town of Torrevieja with its leisure marina, fishing port, 7 evenings a week street market, vast selection of bars, restaurants and many traditional fiestas is only 15 minutes drive away.
You also have less than 10 minutes drive from Playa Golf to the motorway which in a 15 minute drive South takes you to the airport of San Javier(Murcia) or 35 minutes drive North, takes you to the international airport El Altet (Alicante).
Playa Golf development with its many pools, commercial centres, central position for beach / golf and easy access to the motorway should prove popular with the whole family and provide those people who wish to rent their property the possibility of year round rentals.
