The property is located 5 km from Kyrenia which is the Coastal town of Northern Cyprus. Due to its unique position which is on the hillside of the road, it allows each room and bungalow the options of a panoramic view of the mountains and the sea.
The road leading to the hotel is a new road and it takes a 3 min. ride off the main road. The nearest bay which is one of the top bay attractions on the island is Escape Beach which is a 5 min. ride from the hotel.
The hotel is connected to the main electric power supply and also has its own generator. The complex is self-sufficient for water, has its own wells, which is a very important aspect in Cyprus. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor pool with allocated massage rooms. Turkish bath is also available. Each suite/room is fully equipped with in suite kitchen and an air-con unit.
The Complex has a Casino (gambling) House, which in size, is the second biggest on the island. The Casino Licence has been approved by the government. Casino/gambling in North Cyprus are very big businesses as it is illegal in Turkey and the South Cyprus. Now the borders are open customers flock in all year round.
Currently the Complex has a bed capacity of 400, but there is sufficient land attached to improve this to 600. It has an asphalt road linking the Complex from two points to the main road.
The Complex is temporarily occupied on a weekly notice basis, it is half full and revenue is approximately $40,000 per month without the Casino in operation.
If another $200,000 is spent to upgrade the Complex, expected revenue would be $2million per annum when in full operation.
