Full description:
This is a fantastic house with a really nice feel to it.On four floors,it is a lot bigger than it appears on the outside and has a 50ft garden plus its own parking space (or additional garden) round the back!
On the ground floor is the living room with stripped wooden floorboards and a wood burning stove. There is a separate dining room and kitchen, both of which have doors opening onto a wide decked platform, overlooking a large lawned garden.
On the basement floor is a rabbit warren of cellar rooms, (also accessible from the garden – perfect for wet wellies, bikes and garden stuff!) One of the rooms in the cellar is a utility room, plumbed for the washing machine, has a loo and a basin, and another of these rooms is decorated, lit and with a laminate floor: a great den, darkroom or playroom.
On the first floor is a lovely bathroom with a free standing roll top bath and an exposed brick wall, giving it a feeling of warmth.
There are two double rooms and a single room or office – all with 1920s timber windows. Then up another flight of stairs is huge loft room, currently being used as the master bedroom.Almost an entire wall of chest height windows makes this an incredibly light room with views over the rooftops to the sea...lovely!
This house offers a lot and wont be around for long...
