DESCRIPTION:
Apley Hall HistoryApley Hall is one of Shropshires finest and most important country houses. Primarily built of Grinshill stone in Gothic style, the house was commissioned by Thomas Whitmore in 1811 and was designed to emulate a romantic castle overlooking the River Severn. The house is believed to be the inspiration behind P.G. Wodehouses famous novel Blandings Castle. The Hall has in recent years been fully restored by Earlstone, renowned developers of historic buildings and divided into five beautiful homes in the main house. These retain the integrity and character of the hall with period features and rooms retained where possible while creating contemporary living space fitted to the highest specification. Each house has access to the Apley Park leisure facilities which include the first ever indoor swimming pool.
ACCOMMODATION:

The three bedrooms are all large and elegant, with two having en suite shower rooms fitted to a high specification, the master bedroom also benefits from an en suite dressing room.
